it's a very gentle cleanser, good for sensitive skin! I find it doesn't get rid of tough makeup though, so it's useful as a morning cleanser.
however, I had issues fairly often with the pump. it would not dispense the cleanser into a foam, but squirt out as liquid. it was really troublesome to get it to pump foam again each time it happened so I just left it as it still works fine, you just had to foam it yourself which defeats the purpose.
