Return & Refund Policy


Please note that we only accept refund requests. Exchanges are therefore not acceptable.  


Please get in touch with our team in advance for all refund requests. 


The following reasons are not eligible for return requests:


-Returning the items due to changing your mind (incorrect qty, colour, etc.)

-Request for returning package due to the incorrect shipping address

-Items are destructed or damaged caused by your fault

-Items were returned without any prior consent from our staff.

-You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

-Please return the item unused in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

-Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase on iUNIK. Please note iUNIK solely accepts returns for the items purchased through www.iunikcos.com. For the items purchased through a third-party retailer, please get in touch with the retailer or the store directly.



<Refund>

Upon the arrival of your item at our distribution centre, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds are proceeded once your returned item passes our inspection.

Partial order cancellations are not available.

Once your order is shipped out, a cancellation request is not acceptable.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
