What is CPNP?
CPNP stands for Cosmetic Products Notification Portal and is the online notification system made mandatory by the EU Cosmetics Regulation.
It enables sales to 28 EU Member States and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).
According to Article 13 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009,
the responsible person must submit to the CPNP information about the products they place or make available on the European market.
The products' safety and effect were proved through microorganism, preservation capability, skin patch, stability, container suitability.
